  • We understand that life happens. That is why you have up to 2 hours before your session time to cancel and reschedule or receive a refund.

  • Depending on the session you will expect the practitioner/trainer to arrive 10-15 minutes early to setup. Our professional will do a quick run through of the session. If you would like to know more, fill out our Free Consultation form.

  • Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for our services. This deposit ensures commitment from both parties and secures your spot.

  • Our policy for group events entails a 72-hour cancellation notice. If cancellation occurs within this timeframe, the full deposit will still be kept , with the remainder refunded. However, cancellations made after the 72-hour window will not be eligible for any refund. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
